Please report problems with Opal by either
- Using the bug database web form. Enter your e-mail so we can follow up on your reports (and so you can look them up).
- Sending e-mail to bugz at a-sharp.com.
Either way, feel free to attach screen shots or outlines. (You can download a handy tool to take a screen shot and send a report.) Use whatever approach is easiest, but please include only one bug per report — they might not all get fixed together.
When reporting a bug, check the Console log for relevant messages. If there’s a crash, also check your Library/Logs/Crash Reporter folder for a crash log. And if it’s relevant, please include the outline that shows the bug.
